5 Network Marketing Recruiting Tips for Building When You’re Broke

5 Network Marketing Recruiting Tips for Building When You're Broke

So number one, do not lie. Do not lie to yourself and do not like others, tell the truth.

If you're just getting started, really start sharing what it is that you're learning to share the journey that you're going through.

It's through those stories and it is through that journey that you share with other people that you sponsor more customers and reps inside of your business.

Now what do I mean by that?

I've seen a lot of people “fake it till they make it”. Yes it might work for some but for the most part what attracts the most amount of people is not faking it ‘till you make it but being vulnerable.

So for example, if you're just starting now and you're broke I don't want you guys to go around saying “Hey everyone I'm just starting out and I'm broke.”

No you just let everybody know that you just started on this journey. You share your vision and you share your goals.

Share that journey and show up every single day with new discoveries, new breakthroughs and new “aha!” moments that is going to inspire and motivate your audience to take action.

Forget about this whole “fake it till you make it” thing. There is no such thing. That stuff doesn't work.

It might work for some but you got to be really good at faking it.

Nobody wants to partner or buy products and join businesses with people who are faking the funk and lying not only to themselves but to their audience.

You don't want to do that because remember, when it comes to building rapport and relationships with people, it all starts at the very first moment somebody is exposed to you.

So number two is to create a budget.

I've been doing creating budgets for years and it is really important that you start creating budgets especially when you're just starting out.

Especially when you have no income coming in, when you're broke and you really don't have those extra expenses to spend in advertising or just marketing your business to the paid routes.

5 Network Marketing Recruiting Tips for Building When You're Broke

Create a budget and start getting rid of everything that doesn't serve you.

We all know that when you go outside the restaurant it costs way more might eat at a restaurant than it does to the supermarket and spend the same amount of money for the next three days you know for food on the table for you and your family.

So stop going out bring your lunch to work right. Eat at home make your meals Cook bigger meals so last you for the next few days.

The next thing is to downgrade. If you right now are struggling and you're broke you're living lavishly and you have a fancy car and you have ten cars and you're living in a big house, it's now time for you to downgrade.

There's no reason why you should be living over exceeding on your living expenses when you don't really need to be. You can do those things later.

Number three get a virtual mentor, a coach. Someone to model after.

It's about starting where you are and being ok with where you are.

There's tons of leaders out there that are doing very specific things in a very specific way and maybe you can’t afford to hire them as a coach but get someone who's creating valuable content.

Get someone who has the same kind of vision as you. Somebody who you aspire to be like and go out there and look at the things that they are you doing and start writing those things down.

What are they doing? Start looking at their videos. What kind of content they create.

Start really paying attention to what other successful people are doing and start doing those things. Not copying because we don't want to copy.

We want to model after their processes and their systems that they're actually using in their business to create real results.

Be the analyzer. Be analytical. If you don't have a budget to hire someone be analytical and start analyzing what everybody else is doing.

5 Network Marketing Recruiting Tips for Building When You're Broke

Number four take advantage of free platforms. Take advantage of free platforms such as YouTube, blogging, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and all these different social media sites.

These are free ways for you to start you know between the YouTube and the blogging and you know the social media platforms which are free.

If you don't have a budget right now to run ads and scale your business up, who cares? You have the internet.

You have wireless, you have access to the world globally through the Internet. These geniuses out there created sites like Facebook where you can actually go out and network and build relationships with other people instead of going out for networking events and spending money on gas to get there

All these different things you could be doing the same thing on the Internet through the social sites.

Number five this is a big one. And the reason why I say this is a big one is because many of you are trying to do a million things at the same time and you're getting nowhere and you're frustrated and you're pulling your hair out ready to quit.

Choose one strategy and master it, let me repeat that. Choose one strategy and master it.

What is that strategy going to be? Is it going to be YouTube? Is it going to be Facebook?

What is it that you want. Which one of those social platforms are you going to be doing?

Many of you are over here. You're over there. You're over here. And then you've just focused all your energy and time on all these different platforms and you're still not getting anywhere.

You're still operating at least five new members inside your business every week. You're still out there.

It is because you are all over the place. One strategy.

Master the hell out of everything and you need to know about that one specific strategy. And then figure out what that process is going to be.

Sit down take the weekend or whenever that's coming up take the weekend and really figure out what is the one thing you want to do and where do I have to go to learn everything that I need to do to master that one specific thing so that I can start getting 20 plus leads a day for at least five sales per week in my business.

How can I start doing that? What is that process going to be like?

So we talk about that one strategy.

For me it's Facebook. So I'm going to teach you some things, for five days. So if you want to get access to that, just go to www.socialengagementacademy.com. I'll have the link below and I'll see you guys over there. Have a great day everyone!

How To Achieve Your Long Term Goal Fast

Long term goal

Today I want to talk to you guys about achieving your long term goals.

So I was inspired by a conversation with one of my coaching client to talk about this topic. See what I think about it in the video below.

Social Engagement Academy

How To Achieve Your Long Term Goal Fast

If you want to get to a specific long term goal, you really need to figure out the short terms goals first.

In order for you to create results in your business, you need for you to get the short term goals that get you to the long term ones overtime.

When I say overtime, it means that it could take you a year or two or even more to eventually reach that goal.

How To Achieve Your Long Term Goal Fast

Let me give you an example.

A short term goal would be thinking about the amount of money you would need to make in order for you to be able to leave your job.

Say with your current job you’re making $3,000 a month, you would need to figure out how much you should be doing in order to replace that income.

So that would be your first short term goal – to replace the $3,000 a month – that leads to a bigger vision, your long term goal of one day leaving your job.

How To Achieve Your Long Term Goal Fast

Now you figure out how much you should be making to be able to cover, not only your business expenses, but also your household expenses.

That figure would be your “freedom number”. That means, it’s the goal that would set you free.

It’s the goal that would allow you to use all the time in your hands to grow your business, which the next ultimate goal that you should.

I hope you got value from today’s topic. If you did, same as always, comment below and share this post away!

10 Ways To Share Valuable Content On Facebook To Generate 10+ Leads a Day and 2-5 Sales Per Week

10 ways

So in my last video, I asked you if you wanted for me to share with you some of the formats that you can use to share valuable contents on Facebook.

Most of you responded with a yes and so here is the video where I talked about 10 effective ways to share your content to generate 10+ leads a day and 2-5 sales per week!

Social Engagement Academy

10 Ways To Share Valuable Content On Facebook To Generate 10+ Leads a Day and 2-5 Sales Per Week

Some of the top formats you can deliver your content in are:

Livestreams  – if you want to do it for free, you may do it through your regular Facebook wall. If you want to reach more audience, you may pay a boost and do it on your Facebook fan page.

Upload Pre-recorded Videos-  a lot of us do this already.

Blog post – another common and effective format you can use.

PDF Downloads – great way to create content.

Facebook notes – I don’t really use this but I’ve seen marketers using this effectively.

Images and Infographs – there are a lot of free tool that you can use to make these, Canva is one of my favorites.

Webinars – you all know that I’m a big fan of webinars. I think it’s a fantastic way to add a ton of value and then segway people into buying whatever it is that you offer.

Conference Calls – hot back then, today and the days to come.

Podcasts – you can even do a podcasts right here on Facebook.

Text Format – can’t get any simpler than that.

So now that you have the formats, what are the contents that you can deliver from each one? Let me help you on that with a few examples.

With livestreams, pretty much anything. Say for example you are in health and wellness niche, you can perhaps do a cooking show, share a recipe and then at the end, segway to whatever it is, service or product, that you offer.

Teaching people how to do things and sharing valuable info like how I screenshared some stuff for you in my last video is also a good thing you can deliver through your formats.

When promoting your own webinars, you can do Facebook live. I can also do that through an image on my Facebook post. Or maybe a podcast.

Sharing behind-the-scenes through a video or an image. People are naturally nosy which is why reality TVs are hot right now.

So if you’re sharing behind-the-scenes, they’re most probably going to be interested.

10 Ways To Share Valuable Content On Facebook To Generate 10+ Leads a Day and 2-5 Sales Per Week

Success stories, you can go out there and share your own or your team member’s successful results through a video or an image.

Interviews, reach to people who are having success with your products, or your business opportunity, or your coaching courses and have them on your webinars or your podcasts.

Product reviews, I always tell people to avoid spamming people with their products. There’s a proper place to do that.

Like the fan page for that specific product, posts all your product reviews there.

Youtube videos, you can shoot a video or a live broadcast and upload it on there.

These are just some of the few example of contents I talked about in the video that you can use for the formats given above. You may watch the entire video to learn more.

And that’s it. I hope you got loads of value from this. If you do, please comment and share away!

Why You’re Not Getting A Ton of Engagement and What to Do About It

Why You're Not Getting A Ton of Engagement

Why am I not getting a lot of engagements on my post in social media?

In this video, I wanted to share with you a few things that you can do to get the engagement that you want.

Social Engagement Academy

Why You're Not Getting A Ton of Engagement and What to Do About It

Let’s start with a few questions.

Are you adding value?

Are you doing videos of value that’s helping your target market?

Are you connecting with other people yourself?

You know how the saying goes, if you want to start getting then you gotta start giving. If you want to start getting, you have to start being that servant leader.

Instead of focusing on how many likes and comments you’re going to get from a post, you gotta start focusing your energy on the value that you are giving through your content.

“If I saw my content, would I want to follow me? Would I want to buy from me?” These are the questions that I ask myself.

If the answer is no then I would need to better myself. I need to come up with better content.

I need to start thinking of ways to add more value to the market place.

People come to social media to network, to get entertained and to get educated. So if you keep posting content out there that has no value at all then who’s going to follow you?

Why You're Not Getting A Ton of Engagement and What to Do About It

Another thing that you can start doing is liking your own post. I know that may sound a little crazy but it actually has something to do with Facebook algorithms.

It’s going to give more eyeballs to your content and it’s not very hard to figure that out.

You may try and see how it works on an older post, go ahead and like it or comment on it and see it shoot up with engagements in your newsfeed.

Same thing as with engaging with the people that are engaging in your posts. Comment on people’s comments on your posts, like, react, notice them.

Here’s a little trick, instead of hitting reply on their comments, reply through the usual comment box and tag them.

That is a much more effective way of getting your post be seen by more people.

Why You're Not Getting A Ton of Engagement and What to Do About It

And one more thing that you can do is to engage in other people’s posts.

Yes, that’s liking, commenting, sharing, and reacting to other people’s posts.

Again if you want to receive stuff, you gotta start giving. You are in social media, root word is social.

You gotta interact if you want to be seen. You have to appreciate more of people’s works if you want yours to be seen by them.

The more you do this on people’s posts, the more Facebook is going to make your posts visible to those people’s feed.

It’s kind of a Facebook reward game and you can benefit from it.

If all you’re doing is just posting and just waiting for people to like it without giving other people’s posts the love (or in this case, the like) they want, then you might as well just not expect an engagement on your posts.

People keep asking me why I have that much engagements on my posts and that’s all I tell them. I simply give people’s posts the attention I want my posts to get.

The more you give, the more you receive!

I hope you got value and if you did, please comment and share this post to share the learning. See you on the next one!

How To Promote Your Blog Post From Your Fan Page To Get More Likes

Promote Your Blog Post Whether you are just starting to blog or is already been blogging for years, you would know that getting blog traffic and eyeballs is an equally important factor as your blog content.

In this video, I want to share with you just how easy it is to promote your blog posts to a specific group of people to get more traffic.

How To Promote Your Blog Post From Your Fan Page To Get More Likes

So you have all these wonderful idea for a blog content, you went ahead and made it happen but no one sees or reads it. How is this going to affect your business?

This means you’re not going to get leads. No leads means no sale. That simple.

Now there are tons of ways to go out there and promote but today, I’m going to talk about just one little thing that you can do on your fan page to get more traffic to your site.

This strategy is super simple and super effective if you want to get more leads from the blog post that you created.

How To Promote Your Blog Post From Your Fan Page To Get More Likes

In the video, I shared with you my screen and showed a step by step process of how I share blog content on my Facebook fan page.

So basically, I just go ahead and use the image of the blog and upload it to Facebook with an interesting caption along with the blog post title and the link to the blog post. That easy!

Now this is the part where you are going to need a little budget. After posting an image and a link to my blog post, I go ahead and promote the post by “boosting” it.

Now if you are familiar with Facebook, you would know that “boosting” a post is a way of promoting it to a wider audience making a really effective path from your newsfeed to your website.

How To Promote Your Blog Post From Your Fan Page To Get More Likes

Not familiar with boosting? No worries, here are the steps.

Step 1, post an engaging content. In this case, an image and a link to your blog post.

A post that includes a photo (or a video) is way more engaging than just plain text so go ahead and decide well on what image or video to post.

Step 2, just click the button that says “boost post” bottom right-hand corner of your post. There should be a drop-down that appears right when  you click it.

Step 3, choose your audience.  You can do this in the drop-down.

You may select “People who like your Page and their friends” or you can choose your own target audience by selecting “People you choose through targeting.”

When you select “People you choose through targeting,” you can target people by location, age, gender and interests.

Step 4, choose your budget. Boosting will cost you as little as $5 and you can just increase that to get more reach.

You’ll see that if you click a dollar value, it will also show the number of people your post will reach.

Step 5, set up  your payment.  In the video, you’ll see a more thorough method of setting it.

Finally, click boost your post and there you have it! A very simple yet effective way to promote you blog post from your fan page.

I hope you got value and if you did, please comment and share this post to share the learning. See you on the next one!
